Dear Club Representatives,
On behalf of the Men’s Section, I would like to extend our sincere thanks to all the clubs that attended our recent Annual General Meeting (AGM). We greatly appreciate your time, engagement, and the valuable insights shared during our discussions. Please see the attached reports for the AGM.
Upcoming Competition Bye-laws Review
Your feedback is incredibly important to us. As discussed, the Committee will be conducting a comprehensive review of the Competition Bye-laws before the start of the new season. Our primary goal is to refine these regulations to ensure they are fairer and safer for all participants.
Invitation for Proposals
To ensure every voice is heard, we invite all affiliated clubs to submit any proposals for amendments on or before 6 July 2026.
When submitting a proposal, please kindly include:
- The specific Bye-law number/section you wish to address.
- Your proposed changes or alternative wording.
- A brief rationale explaining the reasoning behind the suggestion and why the particular bye-law should be reviewed.
Please send your proposals to roychan@hockey.org.hk by no later than 6 July 2026.
We appreciate your collaborative spirit as we work together to enhance our competition for the upcoming season.
