​Dear Convenors / Teachers-in-Charge,

The Promotion & Development (P&D) Section of Hockey Hong Kong, China will organize a Junior Hockey Tournament (7-a-side, Boys & Girls) on:

 Date: 9 May 2025 (Saturday)
 Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
 Venue: Happy Valley Recreation Ground, Pitch No. 11

Eligibility:

HKSSF Registration Card 2025-2026 is mandatory for ALL players. Players need to provide a copy of the above-mentioned Registration Card together with the players’ parental consent form

Team Size: Maximum of 10 players per team (7 players + 3 reserves).

Rules of Competition:

 This competition is open to primary school teams—whether boys, girls, or mixed. Matches are played 7-a-side on approximately a half-sized pitch. (Detail as attached)

Deadline:  30 Mar 2026 (Monday) by 15:00

Required Information:
School name (in English)
Teacher-in-charge / Contact person details (name, mobile, email, office phone (optional), school address)
Option to display school email and website on HockeyHK’s official website

 Important Notes:
(1) This is a school-based tournament (not club-based), but we encourage students to invite their schools to participate.

(2) If your school is new to hockey but interested in participating in this tournament, please contact us. We will be pleased to provide further information, including details about introductory training sessions for beginners.

Deadline: 6 April 2026 (Monday)
